2025 Rates (Two hour minimum rental):
- Two hours or less: $250.00
- More than 2 hours, less than 4 hours: $350.00
- More than 4 hours: $450.00
- Cleaning Deposit: $100.00 (not eligible for Township discount)
Hampden Township residents receive a $50 discount on above rates. You must show your township resident ID card to receive the discount.
(Cleaning Deposit, less any damages or more than customary cleaning, will be refunded when key is returned.)
