2012 Rates (Two hour minimum rental):

Two hours or less: $100.00
More than 2 hours, less than 4 hours: $200.00
More than 4 hours: $300.00

Cleaning Deposit: $50.00

(Cleaning Deposit, less any damages or more than customary cleaning, will be refunded when key is returned.)
